We work for you, not the big insurance companies. This means we are not incentivised by suppliers to give recommendations that favour their business or are not in our clients’ best interests.

Make Contact
An introductory discussion over the phone to discuss our services and to set up an appointment.

First Appointment
We conduct a Needs Analysis to identify what your current insurance requirements are.

Second Appointment
We present a risk management report, outlining our recommendations including policies, sums insured and insurance providers.

4.

Application
Once you’ve signed off on our proposal, we submit the relevant applications to insurers for underwriting. When your assessment has been completed by the insurer, we update you and check that you are happy with the outcome before moving forward.

5.

Confirmation
You will receive confirmation from the insurer via a policy document that is sent out along with their insurance schedule.

6.

Review
We will touch base with you before the annual renewal of your policy to check whether you would like to make any adjustments to your cover. We also send quarterly newsletters offering reviews with industry updates.
